馬雲對年輕人說過的話: ( What Jack Ma had advise for the young people? )
1. When I looking for young people I don’t read which university they graduate, because that degree only the receipt that you have pay that much money for study, because the real school is in the society. 當我再找年輕人的時候，我不會看他們的學歷，因為學歷只代表他們付過學費去讀書，真正的學校在社會。
2. I love to see the people with passion, ready to learn, optimistic and never give up. 我喜歡看的人們有熱情、準備學習、樂觀和從沒有放棄。
3. The difference between those success people and other people. Those success people always optimistic for the future and they never complain. They always try to solve the problems of the others. 成功人和其他人的差別。這些成功人對未來都很樂觀而且從不抱怨，他們也總是替其他人解決問題。
4. I think where is the opportunity? The opportunity always lies in the place where people complain. 我認為機會在哪裡？機會總是藏在人們的抱怨裡。
5. Don’t worry. Any mistake is a wonderful revenue for you. 別擔心，錯誤是對你最好的回報。
6. Before 20 years old be a good student. Before 30 years old follow somebody and go to a small company. If you go to the small company you learn the passion and you learn the dreams. You learn to do a lot of the things in one time. Before 30 years old the most important thing is which boss you follow not which company you go to. A good boss can teach you differently. From 30 to 40 years old. You have to think very clearly if you work for yourself. If you really want to be an entrepreneur. When you are 40-50 years old. If you have to do all the things that you good at. Don’t jump to the new area. It’s too late. When you are 50-60 years old work for the young people, because young people can work better than you so rely on them. When you are 60 year old spend time for yourself on the beach sunshine. It’s too late for you to change it. 20歲以前當個好學人，30歲跟隨某人及去小公司上班。如果你去小公司上班你可以學到熱情，及很多的夢想，你學習在同一個時間去做很多的事情，一個好老闆可以教妳很多事情。30到40歲之間，你必須要想清楚你是否要為自己工作，如果你真的很想成為一位創業家。當你40-50歲，你必需要做你熟悉的領域，不要跳到新的領域，因為已經太慢了。當你50-60歲為年輕人工作，因為年輕人可以做的比你好，所以請依賴年輕人。當你60歲，請花時間在自己身上，去海灘曬曬陽光也好。如果你想改變，已經太慢了
7. If you are 25 years old make enough mistake. Don’t worry about it. If you fall you stand up again. 如果你才25歲請你犯足夠的錯誤，不要擔心，如果你跌到再站起來。
8. Why you are entrepreneur? Because be entrepreneur you have to the things before other people do. You have to wake up before the other people do. You have to be more brave than others. 為何你想當一位創業家? 因為當一位創業家你要在人們還沒想到之前就先去做，你要比別人早一點起床，你要比別人勇敢。
9. The competitor will not kill you but you will kill yourself by not serving your customer better. 競爭者不會殺了妳，但你如果沒服務好你的客戶，那才會殺了妳。
10. Don’t worry about the money. The money follow by the people. People should follow the dreams. And the dreams should follow the execution and ability. 別擔心錢，因為錢是跟隨人的，人跟隨著夢想，夢想是給有執行力和有能力的人。
我聽完馬雲講的這些話，我真的學到很多，所以我想分享給大家。
