以下為我認為的影片重點:

The world is changing so fast, and I think the thing that we need to change fast that is education system. 我認為這個世界改變的很快，所以我們的教育系統也要跟著快速的改變才行。
The world changing as I said maybe 20 years later the job we have now about 50% of the job will be disappear. 這個世界改變的很快，約在20年之後將會有一半的工作將會消失。
Where our education should be? What our kids should worry about it? We all worry about ourself but we should worry about our kids too. They can have job and they survive in next century. 我們的教育將要如何？我們的孩子要擔心甚麼？我們都擔心我們自己但我們更應該要擔心我們的孩子。他們可以有工作及他們在下一個世紀還能存活嗎？
Most of the course that I am good at because teacher is good. The teacher encourage me they said go ahead. Some of the courses I was bad because the teacher was not like me. If the teacher don’t like me I don’t work. If the teacher like me I work hard. 大部分我拿手的科目是因為老師對我很好，老師會鼓勵我說繼續加油!有些科目我很不好，因為老師不喜歡我。如果老師不喜歡我，我就對那科不努力，如果老師很喜歡我，我就很努力。
I never stop study. The society is the best school and I enjoy it. There are a lot of people learn to work but the future we should work to learn. 我從沒有停止學習，這個社會就是一個很棒的學校，而且我也很陶醉其中。有很多的人學習然後去工作但其實我們應該工作然後去學習。
We trust our people. We make people like people not people like work. 我相信我的人。我讓我的人像人，而不是我的人像工作。
To me I think education is just food. You need to feed the people, so we should have food for everybody and every kids. 對於我而言，教育就像是食物，你要餵你的人食物，我們應該讓每個人和孩子有食物可以吃。
There are two things that in the whole world that it’s very important. The first thing is everybody has chance and the second thing is everybody should have right education. 這世界上有2件事很重要。第1件事是每個人都有機會，第二件事是每個人都要教育。
What I believe that at industrial period that everything we want to make a standardization but the AI period we want the differentiation. 在工業時期我們每件事都要標準化，但在人工智慧時期我們要的是有變化。
IT is to enable yourself but DT the data technology is to enable others. 訊息科技是要強化你自己，但資料科技是要強化別人。
I always think the school should be look like a zoo with all kinds of animals. 我總是認為學校就應該要像動物園一樣，有各種各類的動物。
I hate to turn my company to a farm with a lot of chicken and ducks. 我很討厭將我的公司變成跟農場一樣，養了一堆的雞和鴨。
If everything is standardization and logic then it can be replace it. 如果每一件事都是標準化和邏輯化，那肯定會被取代的。
Human should be doing the things with creative, constructive, feelings that machine can never be replaced. 人們應該學習機器所不能做的如：創造力，結構力和感覺。

The education must reform , the school must reform , teachers need to reform and classroom need to reform. In the past, the teachers give students knowledge but in the future students and the teachers maybe working together to learn. In the past teachers know more than the students but in the future students might know more than teachers. In the past the classroom should give students the right answer but in the future maybe no correct answers. In the past classroom in the school but in the future classroom in the real world. 教育必須要改革，學校必須要改革，老師必須要改革，教室也必須要改革。在過去老師給學生知識但在未來老師和學生要一起學習。在過去老師比學生還懂但在未來學生可能比老師還懂。在過去教室給學生答案，但在未來可能沒有正確答案。在過去教室在學校，但在未來教室在實際的世界。
The education is not to prevent our kids to have dangerous but education is to train our kids to face dangerous. 教育的目的不是在防止孩子面臨危險，但教育的目的是在訓練我們的孩子如何面對危險。
We should put more resource in the front not in the back. Please put more resource in the kindergarten and elementary school instead of junior/ high school or college, because it’s so hard to change the person when they will in the university. 我們應改給更多的資源在前面而不是在後面。我們應該給更多的資源給幼稚園或國小階段的孩子，而非國高中生或大學生，因為你已經很難改變一個大學生孩子的想法了。
We should fight for our teachers. If we respect teachers, we respect knowledge, we respect education and we respect the future. 我們應該為我們的老師爭取。如果我們尊重我們的老師，就代表我們尊重我們的知識，尊重我們的教育及尊重我們的未來。
If we don’t inspire the teachers how can the teacher inspire the students. 如果我們不激勵老師，那我麼要怎麼期待老師會去激勵學生。
We should change the test formula. Don’t just test , test and test. If we still think the examination is the only way for KPI then I think it’s wrong. 我們應該改變我們考試制度。不應該再一直考試考試再考試。如果我們還認為考試是唯一的教育指標那真的是錯誤的方式。
The degree is just the receipt of tuition that his father paid the real degree is when you finish you get that degree and start to fight for your life. 學歷只能代表，你父親幫你付過學費。那真正的學歷，是你畢業後開始為你自己的人生奮鬥的時候。
If you want to be successful you must have high EQ easy to get along with the people. If you don’t want lose quickly you should have IQ, but if you want people to respect you. You should have the LQ the Q of love. 如果你想要成功你就必須要有很高的情商，如果你不想要那麼快輸，你必須要有智商，但你如果想要贏得人們的尊重，你就必須要有愛商。
How to teach our kids to be creative, innovative and productive? I think art, dancing, painting , singing and sports are very important. 如何讓我們的孩子有創造力，創新力和生產力?我認為藝術、跳舞、畫畫、唱歌和運動都很重要。
Africa need four ease? 1. Entrepreneur 2. Education 3. E government force 4. infrastructure. 非洲需要開放4個方面：創業家、教育、電子化政府作業、和基礎建設。
Last century we win by muscle but this century we win by wisdom. Last century we win by care ourselves but this century we win by care others. 上個世紀我們靠肌肉贏，但這個世紀我們靠智慧贏。上個世紀我們靠顧自己贏，但這個世紀我們靠照顧別人贏。
